YES, we agree.  We structured our 6 month process in a way that can be helpful regardless of your situation.  Before the first class, we will interview you and your firm to better understand your needs so that we can tailor the offering to you.

The first session, which is 2 days, is in person.  We cannot accommodate remote learners.  However, after the first session, our follow up session will be conducted by Zoom or Teams.

Any operating professional can attend. You can even attend if you have been hired but not yet started.  But, we believe the content will be most relevant for those in their first year as an operating professional.

The fee is paid for by the private equity firm.  Though we are training operating professionals, our goal is to help PE firms make their groups successful.  Training is critical.

A typical class will range between 7-20 people.
